Harriman Campus Central Plant Upgrades, Albany, NY
Project Description: CM Services on site for demolition and replacement of chillers, boilers, all piping, and associated controls. We are the onsite Owner’s Rep for inspection and site oversight for the implementation of the Architect’s plans by the contractor. Interacted and produced reports to the owner. Reviewed and monitored work plan. Produced daily reports including manpower and schedule adherence. Compared work plan with actual daily manpower used on the project.

Frazer Elementary School, Syracuse, NY
Project Description: CM Services on site for renovations and upgrades at this school. Exterior work included driveways, sidewalks, playground, and façade repairs and renovations. Interior code and electrical upgrades are being done as well.

2nd Floor Renovations, John H Mulroy Civic Center, Syracuse, NY
Project Description: CM Services for this complete renovation project of the 2nd floor including demolition of all finishes, ceilings, wall partitions, flooring and reinstallation of these items. Was directly responsible as the onsite Owner’s Rep for inspection and site oversight for the implementation of the Architect’s plans by the contractor. Interacted and produced reports to the owner. Reviewed and monitored work plans. Produced daily reports including manpower and schedule adherence. Compared work plan with actual daily manpower used on the project. We participated in the Pre-Construction, Construction, and Project Closeout.
